HarvestFest Horse Trials – October 23, 2021

Since Registrations for HarvestFest 2021 are closed, we are on a WAIT LIST. Please contact the Event Secretary, Stephanie Geiter, at steph11174@aol.com to be added to the WAIT LIST.

Please Note: The Horse Trial fields at Unicorn Farm have been renamed Buckworth LLC Fields

IMPORTANT: Current Coggins required. Since there was confusion associated with the coggins upload system last year, we are asking you to email your coggins to: jamiedawson345@gmail.com – This will make it easier to associate rider, horse, and coggins.

Signed release forms are required at check-in.

Payment must be made in order to get a starting time.

HarvestFest 2021 Division High Point Sponsorship
A Jockey Club T.I.P. High Point Thoroughbred Award will be given to the highest placing Thoroughbred for each division as follows!

Training High Point Thoroughbred Award

SAPC Starter Horse Trials Series — Series End Awards (Division Champion and Division Reserve Champion), the same horse/rider combination must compete in at least 2 of the 3 events and will only count for the highest division entered. Points will be awarded for 1st through 6th place; 1st-10 points, 2nd-7 points, 3rd-5 points, 4th-3 points, 5th-2 points and 6th-1 point.

Mid-Atlantic Horse Rescue is sponsoring a trophy to be awarded to
the Overall Highpoint Thoroughbred.

HORSE TRIALS: $100- per horse/ $90- for PC/4H/MAHR
Refunds before Closing Date less $15 admin fee

NO REFUNDS after closing date or in the event of cancellation, except if cancellation of event due to COVID-19, 100% refund

Late entries accepted IF THERE IS ROOM – Add $20 – EMAIL: secretary@staugustineponyclub.com.

ENTRY AND PAYMENT ONLINE in advance of opening date for entries. Payment must be made in order to get a starting time.

Courses open for walking Friday, 10/22/2021 at 3PM.

Rider packets will be available for pick up with the Secretary.

PLEASE! We have limited parking and in our efforts to safely park all vehicles, drivers are asked to observe the directions of parking lot attendants.

Concessions will be provided.

COVID Restrictions, if any, based on current CDC and Maryland State guidelines.

All entries and payments will be submitted online. Ride times will be assigned to those who submit a completed online entry form, current coggins (via photo or PDF upload), and payment (via PayPal).
The Show Secretary will NOT be checking coggins or accepting payments the day of the show.

Proceeds benefit St. Augustine Pony Club.

Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash at all times.
